NeonCloud keeps the public policy language focused on the basics: only collect what is reasonably needed for service delivery, support, safety, and operations. The website itself also shows a cookie/local-storage notice for simple on-site preferences.

Transparency first

The site is designed to be direct about what is live now and what is still in progress. Discord ticket ordering is live today. Automated checkout and fuller billing automation are roadmap items, not hidden assumptions.

By ordering from NeonCloud, you agree to use the service responsibly, provide accurate information, and follow the core platform rules listed here.

  • Orders and access Access is provided after the order is accepted and processed through the active NeonCloud order flow.
  • Account responsibility Customers are responsible for the security of their panel access, files, server content, and connected services.
  • Service adjustments NeonCloud may update plan limits, features, or infrastructure when needed to maintain service quality or protect the platform.
  • Suspension rights NeonCloud may suspend or terminate services that violate the acceptable use rules, create abuse risk, or threaten platform stability.

NeonCloud keeps customer data collection limited to what is reasonably needed to provide service, process orders, communicate support updates, and maintain platform security.

  • Data collected NeonCloud may store account details, support messages, billing-related details, IP addresses, service activity, and server configuration data.
  • How data is used This information may be used for order processing, support, fraud prevention, abuse handling, service quality, and operational security.
  • Third-party services Some data may pass through providers used for billing, hosting, support, or infrastructure operations when required to deliver the service.
  • Data protection NeonCloud aims to protect customer information with reasonable technical and administrative controls, but no platform can guarantee absolute security.

3. Refunds

Refunds are limited and clearly defined so customers know the rules before they buy.

  • One-day refund window Eligible shared hosting purchases may be refunded within 1 day of the original order date if the request is made in good faith and the service has not been heavily or abusively used.
  • No VPS refunds VPS services, custom deployments, and special-order infrastructure are non-refundable.
  • Abuse and policy violations Services terminated for abuse, fraud, chargeback risk, or policy violations are not eligible for refund.
  • Refund method Approved refunds are returned through the original payment route when possible, subject to provider processing times.

4. Acceptable use rules

The platform must be used lawfully and in ways that do not harm other customers, the infrastructure, or third-party systems.

  • No illegal content Customers may not use NeonCloud services for illegal content, illegal activity, or activity that violates applicable laws.
  • No harmful abuse Malware delivery, phishing, bot abuse, credential theft, network attacks, and deliberate service disruption are prohibited.
  • Fair use of shared resources Customers must not intentionally overload shared environments or use the service in ways that degrade other customers.
  • Minecraft server responsibility Customers remain responsible for the content, plugins, mods, players, and behavior associated with their Minecraft servers.
